AUX Malaysia offers air conditioning products at affordable prices
AUX focuses more on how to excel within the existing market rather than directly competing with other brands. Furthermore, AUX Cloud Commerce (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (AUX Malaysia) is set to launch the R32 Inverter Wall Mounted M-series air conditioning model by the end of 2024.
Meanwhile, the Marketing Manager, Hu Hao, stated that through inverter technology, the product can save users up to 46 percent in energy consumption compared to air conditioners without this technology. He noted that this environmentally friendly technology has been developed to address the issue of excessive energy consumption, thereby reducing the high electricity costs faced by the community.
“The M-series model has received a five-star rating for energy savings. This means it is more energy-efficient compared to other products. It is also equipped with a Wi-Fi system, allowing customers to purchase the product and control it via their phones,” he said.
He made these remarks during an encounter at the Malaysian Engineering Exhibition and Conference 2024 (ENGINEER) and the Malaysia Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Ventilation Expo (MARVEX) 2024, held recently. Commenting on the participation in the exhibition, Hu Hao mentioned that it serves as an excellent platform for AUX to showcase their products to the public, particularly in the commercial category. “For this category, we have divided it into two sectors: light commercial and commercial,” he added.
Outstanding Performance
At the exhibition, the brand announced an enhancement in after-sales service, including longer warranty periods and a maintenance-free policy, which will significantly boost customer confidence and loyalty.
Light commercial products, such as the AUX R32 Inverter Cassette Ceiling Model-Y, offer comprehensive 360° cooling for light commercial spaces. Whether for offices, restaurants, gyms, or residences, this air conditioner can be seamlessly integrated, showcasing outstanding performance and modern aesthetics. "However, for supermarkets or large buildings such as hospitals and hotels, commercial products are more suitable for larger capacities," he stated.

He added that the company prioritizes the installation of commercial air conditioning systems based on projects for this market. “For example, if there are plans to construct a building or condominium that requires an efficient airflow system, our products are more suitable for such projects. “If there is demand, they can contact us. We will assist in making calculations and recommending the appropriate horsepower, piping, or equipment required for the installation,” he said.
