Thank you for choosing AUX! We appreciate your trust in our heating and cooling systems. Here are the details of your warranty coverage without registration: AUX Standard Warranty is 5 years for parts and 7 years for the compressor.
Extended Warranty with product registration: 12 years on both parts and compressor.
To qualify, register your products within 60 days of installation. Please complete the form below to take advantage of AUX’s extended warranty.
To expedite the process, we ask that you have the following:
- The serial numbers of the equipment you purchased.
- The general information, including name, address and phone number.
- The name and phone number of the dealer who installed your equipment.
