AUX will strictly prevent any export, re-export and transfer of products, technologies and services that may violate applicable export control and sanction laws and regulations. In order to ensure transparent business practices and legal compliance, we will implement strict screening and monitoring measures to ensure that all transactions comply with applicable export control and sanction laws and regulations. 

To this end, AUX will conduct ongoing transaction reviews and risk assessments in our business operations to avoid being involved in any activities that could lead to security or legal issues.
